kind of edited them for my own use, obviously, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due.
One note about the training schedule...I'm a bit ahead of what the schedule calls for right now, so (in order to avoid gaining ridiculous quantities of weight) I'm going to keep doing the amounts I had been doing instead of backing off (as advised by Coach Kurt)...but, the schedule catches up with me pretty quickly, so this momentary feeling of superiority will unfortunately be fast to fade...
Okay, enough at the computer. You know it's bad when you're sore from sitting in one position for too long, not from exercising. ugh.

OMG - the way you're talking I thought you had all the same thing - meals, workouts, etc. (which I was totally cool with). This ain't no stinking plagarism chica :)

blah I was going to do this too tomorrow now I will feel like an ass if I do :) I will have to find a different creative way to track everything.

Hey, it's supposed to hit 48 degrees here Thursday. So it's not swimming outdoors weather (JEALOUS) but for us it's a nice little winter treat! :)
You're going to have to train me ... I'm getting more out of shape than I like.
If Wil didn't mentioned the pics below, I wouldn't have checked. That is such a nice dog house. Does it have running water as well??
