I hadn't been getting ANY mail for the past 3 weeks. I should have known something funky was going on. I finally found my mail lady and found out that she thought we had moved, so had been marking the mail 'return to sender'. wonderful. (is that even legal? don't I have to fill out a change of address form for that to happen??)
bills, orchestra audition lists, exchanged shoes, not to mention my new yorker magazines...all these places to call and explain that i am, in fact, alive and living in the same place...grrrrr.
